Order Fulfillment:

• Typically, orders take 2-5 business days to fulfill before shipping.
• Orders containing more than 10 items may take 3-10 business days to fulfill.
• Fulfillment countdown starts when the order status changes to "Accepted."
• Orders are initially marked as "New" for the first 2 hours, during which you can make changes to the shipping address or cancel the order.
• Once the order status is "Accepted," it is sent to our Fulfillment Team for preparation, and changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

• Regular Shipping: 1-4 business days via USPS
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days via FedEx

International:

• Zone 1 (Canada): 2-5 business days* via FedEx
• Zone 2 (France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Andorra, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Sweden):** 2-5 business days* via FedEx
