Order Fulfillment

Standard fulfillment time is 2–5 business days before shipping.

Large orders (200+ items) may take 5–10 business days to fulfill.

The fulfillment countdown begins when your order status changes to “Accepted.”

When an order is first placed, the status will show as “New” for the first 2 hours.

After that, it automatically moves to “Accepted” and is sent to our Fulfillment Team for processing.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Once the order status is “Accepted,” it is no longer possible to cancel or make changes (including shipping address updates).
